Check out the IFboat Message Center on this site. Includes categories for IFBoats for Sale and Boats Wanted, and more. This service is provided as a convenience for interested visitors to this site. I take no responsibility for any transactions or other messages. Please keep all posts related to the appropriate heading. Thank you. Good Old Boat magazine published and article on Folkboats in their Jan-Feb 2000 issue. Featured in the photos and with throughout is Frank Costello's IF 1121 Espresso. Good Old Boat was nice enough to let me post it on the web. The IF discussion web page is located at The Swedish IF-boat Association. Look for the "Discussion" button on the left. The January-February 1999 issue of WoodenBoat Magazine has a good story on the history of the Nordic Folkboat. Marieholm boats are not mentioned however. The August 1998 issue of Sailing Magazine also published an article on the Nordic Folkboat. |
