We watched the barometer drop steadily and then start to rise as Bill passed by.

Storm prep at the Isle Aux Morts government wharf

Two other boats owned by locals were sharing the wharf with us. We wished we had one more point to tie a line to off our starboard bow. It was too rocky and deep to try to place an anchor out.
We went for a hike the day after the storm and saw that the sea was still quite agitated. A view of the quiet inner harbor of Isle Aux Morts
